Erich Blume c1f4f0169b Add mise-tasks reference card and include in ai-docs

Categorized reference of all mise tasks with descriptions. Added to
the tools section of the reference index and to the ai-docs context
priming script.

Operational tasks for BlumeOps, run via mise run <task>. Tasks live in mise-tasks/ and use #USAGE directives for argument parsing.

Run mise tasks --sort name for the live list with descriptions.
