Erich Blume	f6048eb27d	Move metrics scripts from ~/bin to ~/.local/bin Update all metrics role defaults to install scripts to ~/.local/bin following XDG conventions. The scripts have been manually moved on indri and orphaned scripts (devpi-metrics, transmission-metrics, mcquack) and plist files have been cleaned up. Move metrics scripts from ~/bin to ~/.local/bin

Update all metrics role defaults to install scripts to ~/.local/bin
following XDG conventions. The scripts have been manually moved on
