Erich Blume	816443bfb5	Document P6 blocker and add P5.1 QEMU2 migration plan P6 (Kiwix/Transmission) is blocked because podman driver cannot mount external volumes (NFS, SMB, hostPath all fail due to missing CAP_SYS_ADMIN). P6 (Kiwix/Transmission) is blocked because podman driver cannot mount
