Refresh `nixos/ringtail/flake.lock` for the recurring lockfile maintenance
cadence. Updated inputs: disko, home-manager, nixpkgs. The pinned
`nixpkgs-services` overlay was skipped (forgejo-runner / snowflake / k3s
versions unchanged).

Not deployed in this PR — `mise run provision-ringtail` should follow once
the lockfile change is merged.
