Recurring service review pass. Mealie is 5 minor versions behind upstream
(v3.12.0 → v3.17.0). The container is built locally from a forge mirror so
upgrading requires a fresh container build plus a changelog review for
breaking changes. Deferred to a separate task; just bumping last-reviewed
and capturing the gap in notes.
