45d849f99b Upgrade Frigate 0.16.4 → 0.17.0-rc2 
Prerequisite for Apple Silicon ZMQ detector. Adapts record config
to 0.17 schema (retain.days/mode → continuous.days). Detector and
camera config unchanged — validate upgrade before switching backend.
