Erich Blume	62a6a1f8ac	Fix mosquitto image tag: 2.1.2 does not exist, use 2.0.22 The eclipse-mosquitto 2.1.x series only publishes alpine variants (e.g. 2.1.2-alpine). Fix mosquitto image tag: 2.1.2 does not exist, use 2.0.22

The eclipse-mosquitto 2.1.x series only publishes alpine variants
(e.g. 2.1.2-alpine). The non-alpine 2.0.x series latest is 2.0.22,
which matches what the floating :2 tag was resolving to.
