High-level scanning library for detecting secrets in files and buffers.

This crate provides:
- ergonomic scanner APIs for bytes, files, and blobs
- finding models with location and capture metadata
- optional validation modules behind feature flags

Pair with `kingfisher-rules` to compile rules and `kingfisher-core` for shared primitives.
