Record the post-11c UX iteration (managed daemon + self-heal, follow-or-create, home/index, dailies picker, interactive views, dev isolation, fully-Dagger CI) as done, and reset the "not yet done" backlog to lead with the highest-value next work: task-scheduling UX (do-date/late-on/recurrence from the editor), then more surfacing (backlinks/tags/health/log-read), 11d (deferred), and the heph.nvim repo split.
