Erich Blume d9ab004479 C2(deploy-infra-alerting): impl fix Grafana probe port (80 not 3000) ... Grafana's k8s Service maps port 80 → container port 3000. The blackbox probe was targeting port 3000 directly on the Service ClusterIP, which doesn't work — connection refused.
