Erich Blume c3ba49331b Abandon UniFi IaC, add manual network segmentation plan 
The ubiquiti-community/unifi Terraform provider has critical bugs:
a no-op update on the default LAN network resets undeclared properties,
bricking the network. Replace the Pulumi IaC plan with a manual
three-network segmentation plan (Main/IoT/Guest) for the UX7 web UI.
