Erich Blume bd8ac77d67 Fix minikube-metrics LaunchAgent environment 
Add HOME and PATH environment variables to the LaunchAgent plist.
Minikube needs HOME to find its config files (~/.minikube/) and
PATH to find docker for status checks.
