Erich Blume f32c568be7 Externalize TeslaMate dashboards to forge mirror init container ... Replace 18 TeslaMate dashboard ConfigMaps (713 KB) with a Grafana init container that fetches dashboard JSON directly from mirrors/teslamate on forge, pinned to v3.0.0.
