Erich Blume 8bc19fa460 C0: tailscale main-SHA rebuild for ringtail proxyclass ... Routine post-squash-merge cleanup. Bumps the ProxyClass image tag from the now-orphaned PR branch SHA (67af7a8) to the merge commit SHA (0108b68) so the deployed image stays traceable after branch cleanup.
