Erich Blume 22979572f9 Replace unmaintained transmission-exporter with homegrown Python exporter ... Swap out docker.io/metalmatze/transmission-exporter:master for a minimal Python exporter using prometheus_client and transmission-rpc with the collect-on-scrape pattern.
