Refresh `nixos/ringtail/flake.lock` for the recurring lockfile maintenance cadence. Updated inputs: disko, home-manager, nixpkgs. The pinned `nixpkgs-services` overlay was skipped (forgejo-runner / snowflake / k3s versions unchanged). Generated via `dagger call flake-update --src=. --flake-path=nixos/ringtail`.
