Scope Kingfisher scan to eblume user only

Mirror repos clone via forge.eblu.me (Fly.io roundtrip) instead of
forge.ops.eblu.me (direct tailnet). Until we add a clone URL rewrite
option, skip mirrors to avoid unnecessary external bandwidth.
