C0: ringtail wave-1 images rebuilt from main (fcac8e5-nix tags)

Post-merge rebuild of paperless/mealie/teslamate Nix images at the main
merge commit, replacing the feature-branch -nix tags. Image content is
identical; only the commit-sha suffix changes.
