Review gandi.md: add missing forge.eblu.me CNAME record

The Pulumi code has had a forge.eblu.me CNAME since it was added, but the
doc's DNS table only listed docs and cv. Also fixed the __main__.py
description to mention CNAMEs alongside A records.
